Mobile Device Grading Guide
Grade A
A maximum of 12 total defects are allowed on the device .

Up to 1 scratch no larger than 5 mm on the screen. No defects are allowed in the middle of the display.

Up to 4 scratches no larger than 5 mm or nicks no larger than 0.3 mm on the back glass.

Up to 4 scratches no larger than 2 mm or nicks no larger than 0.3 mm in midframe.

Up to 1 nick on the logo allowed, no larger than 0.3 mm. Scratches on the logo are not accepted.

Discoloration in camera ring not larger than 3 mm.

Cracks, dents, deep scratches, bent, lifted screens, screen separation, scuffing, 3rd party markings are not allowed.

All screws, fasteners, system connectors, sim trays, and stylus (when applicable) must be present and not damaged.

Speaker mesh must be present and not damaged.
